At Ben & Jerry's, we ‘d like to think that we make great ice cream in the nicest possible way. We also believe that it should be made in the most hygienic and safest possible way.  That’s why we regularly rinse our Scoop Shop scoops with fresh running water.
 
To cut down on our water consumption, we’ve rolled out a cunning new water-saving device in all our UK scoop shops (and 12 other countries) . The new technology reduces water usage by up to 78%, which means we’re a bit kinder to the planet whilst dishing up dollops of crazy flavour concoctions.
