Once the form is submitted, entrants will be validly registered for the competition.
3. The opening date for entries is 9:00am GMT on Thursday 18th April 2024 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 11:59pm BST on Friday 17th May 2024.
4. The promotion is limited to one entry per person and per email address. No entrant may win more than one prize. Prizes are limited to one per household.
5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary for entry.

12. All valid entries received on or before the closing date will be entered into an automated system. The winning entry will be drawn at random by an electronic automated process from all entries received by the closing date. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. The winners will be notified by email noreply@qualifio.com within 7 days of the closing date. The winner must claim their prize by responding to the email confirming their full name and address within 14 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
14. The winner’s details (name and county) may be made available on request to those writing to Ben & Jerry’s, Lever House, 3 St James Road, Kingston Upon Thames, KT1 2BA within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped SAE.
