To enter and receive emails on this competition, entrants must accept email marketing communications from Just Eat.
The winner plus guest must have a valid passport and be fit and healthy to fly. You must also obtain a valid visa to enter the USA during the trip period, the cost of which will be re-imbursed by Ben & Jerry’s. The winner and guest must have valid travel insurance covering USA. Ben & Jerrys will re-imburse up to £100 per person for the cost of insurance.
The opening date for entries is 00.01 BST on 12th October 2023 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 00.00 GMT on 11th November 2023.
The promotion is limited to one entry per purchase (irrespective of the number of tubs within that order).
Entrants should retain Just Eat digital order receipt as proof of purchase.
No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

There is one prize valid for the winner plus one other adult over the age of 18. The prize must be used within 7 months from the date the winner sends their acceptance via email. The winner must advise Ben & Jerry’s of their intended travel dates 6 weeks before the intended departure.

The first entry drawn by a randomised draw from all entries received by the closing date will win the Vermont Trip Prize. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified by email from Promotigo’s email account within 14 days of the closing date. The winner must claim their prize by responding to the email confirming their acceptance within 14 days of the email. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.

The winner grants us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute and make derivative works of such [footage / photographs / testimonials] in any media and through any media channel.
