FAQs

  • Sundaes In The Park is Ben & Jerry’s legen-dairy festival! Following three years of sold-out festivals, our whipped top stage is back and it’s heading back to Chiswick House & Gardens in London for the ultimate ice cream and music adventure. At Ben & Jerry’s, more is s’more, so with a lineup of live music, cabaret, larger than life, ice cream inspired Giant Games , fans should expect to enjoy one of the most Ben & Jerriest days of the year!

  • As well as a line up of some of this summer’s coolest artists, you’ll be able to enjoy vintage theatre acts and cabaret performances at the Cabaret Stage, larger than life ice cream inspired games at the Scoop-tacular Games Zone, and hear from our charity partners advocating for refugee rights in the Social Mission Tent. And it wouldn’t be a Ben & Jerry’s event without unlimited ice cream!

  • Sundaes In The Park will take place at Chiswick House & Gardens Trust, Burlington Lane, Chiswick, London W4 2RP. The event will take place outside so make sure you are well prepared for the weather!

  • Chiswick House & Gardens is wheelchair accessible via the Great Cherstey Road Entrance. Due to the nature of the park and dependent on weather conditions, not all areas of the festival will be accessible. Please reach out ahead of the festival if you have any questions via https://www.benjerry.co.uk/contact-us

  • We’ll have more ice cream than you can shake your spoon at! We will be scooping a range of our classic flavours from our iconic scoop-mobile and serving mini cup flavours from our ice cream trikes. Fans can choose between lots of different flavours from our famous Cookie Dough to our Scoop Shop exclusive Cherry Garcia, or branch out and try something different like our new Churrifically Churros-y!

  • You’ll be able to enjoy more ice cream than you can shake your spoon at on the day. We just ask that you respect rules, one scoop per person at a time. But there will be plenty of scoop stations around the festival so you won’t be waiting long to dig into another scoop of one of your favourite flavours!

  • We love a cone as much as you do but we’ll only be serving in one-scoop cups at the Sundaes In The Park Festival.

  • We have a long-standing history of music at Ben & Jerry’s – some of our flavours are even named after some of our favourite musicians such as Phish Food (named after the lead singer of Phish) and Cherry Garcia (named after Gerry Garcia). So we wanted to give our fans the ultimate Ben & Jerry’s ice cream and music adventure.

  • If you have any allergies, please speak with our scoopers or members of staff who will be able to give you the allergen card to determine which of our flavours you can enjoy. Please note, we can’t guarantee no cross contamination in an open dip case.

  • Almost all our packaged products are certified kosher, with the occasional exception. Please make sure to check the packaging for the Kof-K symbol, or refer to the allergen sheet.

Our scooping flavours are not certified Kosher because non-Kosher items are served in the same area. We recommend fans with Kosher dietary requirements opt for a mini cup served from our ice cream trikes at Sundaes In The Park.
