Vegan Im-BOSH-ible Ice Cream Burger
To celebrate World Vegan Month, we partnered with our friends at BOSH! to create some Autumn inspired plant powered desserts for our London, Rotterdam & Berlin Scoop Shops. If you won’t have time to stop by and try one… Why not give them a try at home? This one is for the ultimate dessert adventurer who loves to grab life with both hands and take a big old bite – meet the Im-BOSH-ible Ice Cream Burger!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Vegan Brioche Bun
- 2 Scoops of your favourite Ben & Jerry’s Non-Dairy Ice Cream (we love Cookies on Cookie Dough for this one!)
- 1 tbsp Biscoff Spread
- 1 tbsp Caramel Sauce
- 3-5 Biscoff Biscuits
- Vegan Whipped Topping

Step 1
Slice your bun straight through the middle

Step 2
Dollop lotus spread on the base and spread with back of your spoon

Step 3
Add 2 scoops of Ben & Jerry’s Non-Dairy ice cream

Step 4
Press ice cream down

Step 5
Add whipped cream to cover

Crumble your biscuits on top

Add caramel sauce

Step 8
Press top of your bun down gently

Pick up with both hands and take a big old bite (like below!)
