To celebrate World Vegan Month, we partnered with our friends at BOSH! to create some Autumn inspired plant powered desserts for our London, Rotterdam & Berlin Scoop Shops. If you won’t have time to stop by and try one… Why not give them a try at home? Here’s the recipe for our smooth and crunchy tribute to bonfire night – the Toffee Apple Crunch Sundae!
- 2 Scoops Of Ben & Jerry’s Non-Dairy Cookies On Cookie Dough Ice Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Chunky Apple Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Vegan Caramel Sauce
- 100g Maple Pecan Granola
- Handful of Vegan Caramel Popcorn
- Handful of Skin On Apple Crisps
Grab your favourite, most special sundae cup
Add ½ of your apple sauce followed by ½ of your granola
Drizzle on a layer of caramel sauce
Add 2 scoops of Non-Dairy Cookies on Cookie Dough Ice Cream
Add the remaining apple sauce and granola
Create a tower of caramel popcorn on top
Place the apple crisps, sticking up vertically for maximum ‘WOW’ factor
Drizzle over the rest of the caramel sauce (and a little more if you like!)
Top tip: Stick your spoon straight to the bottom so you can grab a taste of every layer.
