Ever wanted to eat Ben & Jerry’s for starter, main and dessert?! We have that dream on a pretty regular basis, so we decided to make it happen… Non-Dairy style. And to create that three-course, chunky, funky, vegan euphoria, we had a little help from our friends, Avant Garde Vegan and Plantbased Pixie. Alongside our Flavour Gurus, they whipped up a Non-Dairy-inspired storm… and we just had to share it with you.

MAIN COURSE: Krazy Katsu Kurry
If Chunky Monkey wasn’t an ice cream, it’d be this dish. Gaz, the Avant Garde Vegan, took inspo from that sweet & chunky concoction to whip up a katsu that’s complete with coated tofu & plantain, and sweetened with banana.
